Miles With Participation & Media Consent

I voluntarily agree to participate as a guest in a Meter to Miles “Miles With” ride conversation. I understand that Dharminder Singh will be the driver-host and that hands-free equipment may record video, audio and photographs during the ride. I may decline any question or ask for recording to stop at any time.

I authorize Meter to Miles and its representatives to record and use my name, image, likeness, voice, comments, business name and business logo, when I am authorized to provide them, for the Miles With series and Meter to Miles website, social media, promotional, editorial and marketing channels. Meter to Miles may edit the recording for length, clarity, safety, privacy and presentation without changing the intended meaning of my story.

I understand that participation is voluntary and no compensation is promised unless separately agreed in writing. I will be offered a preview before the edited feature is first published. I may request withdrawal before publication by contacting business@metertomiles.com or (317) 536-2273. After publication, Meter to Miles will reasonably honor future-use requests, but copies already distributed, shared or cached may not be fully retrievable.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, have authority to speak for any business or brand I identify, and that my electronic signature is my legal signature. I release Meter to Miles and its representatives from claims arising from the uses authorized above, except rights that cannot legally be waived.
